On this page you will find answers to your most frequently asked questions, from registration to the functionalities of your account.

 

How to register

– How to create an account?

Click on the “Register” button and fill out the registration form with your personal details.

Once submitted, you will receive a registration confirmation and welcome email.

 

– I can’t register. Why not?

The reasons for not being able to complete the new registration could be as follows:

  • – The data has not been entered correctly, or some important field has been left unfilled. Please always check that all the data entered corresponds to your identification document(s).
  • – A Placard.co.mz account already exists with your details. If you suspect that someone has used your details to open an account without your consent, or wish to retrieve your details, please contact our Customer Support immediately at: apoio@placard.co.mz
  • – If you are not at least 18 years old you will not be able to complete the registration.
  • – If you are self-excluded from our gaming platform, you will not be able to complete registration.
  • – You may have problems with cookies or browser settings: If you are unable to complete registration, try clearing your browser cache and cookies or try a different browser.

If you are unable to complete the registration, when filling in the registration form, you can check the error message that is displayed by clicking on the red cross. If the information you entered is incorrect, follow these notifications to complete your registration.

My Account

– What are the features of my Placard.co.mz account?

Your PLACARD.co.mz account is a control panel which allows you to take advantage of our services.

In the “My account” section you can view your current balance, betting history, open bets and a list of all the actions on your account.

This is where you can personalise your account and set deposit and betting limits according to your preferences. This is where you will find the tools that will allow you to deposit to and withdraw from your Placard.co.mz account. The section “My account” is your space.

 

– Update my personal details

Log in to your account and go to “My account” / “Personal” on the top right of the page.

 

– I can’t access my account. What should I do?

For us to help you, please contact us at apoio@placard.co.mz and provide your Account ID and the email address linked to your account.

 

– Forgotten Username or Password

Click the ‘Forgotten Password’ icon

Enter the email address you registered with when you created your account and click RESET Password.

You will receive an email with a Password reset URL shortly thereafter.

Click on the Password reset URL and follow the instructions to reset your Password.

 

– How do I change my Password?

To change your Password, you can do so on the My Account > Change Password page.

 

– How do I check my transaction history?

You can quickly access all your latest transactions (deposits and withdrawals).

To do this, log in and go to “My Account” > “Financial”. In this section you will find all your history regarding deposits and withdrawals and you can select the dates and amount you wish to consult.

 

– How can I consult my betting history?

You can quickly access all your bettor history and consult all your transactions, bets placed and bonuses used.

To do this, log in and go to “My Account” > “History”. In this section you can find all your betting history and consult all your transactions, bets placed and bonuses used and you can select the dates and the amount you wish to consult.

 

– How can I consult and configure my limits?

Log in and go to “My Account” > “Limits”.

In this section you can set the limits according to your preferences or request their self-exclusion.

 

How to Deposit?

Please login to your account, click on DEPOSIT, enter the amount you wish to deposit and choose your preferred payment option.

 

– How Do I Make My First Deposit?

After completing your registration, you will be redirected to the deposit page so you can complete your transaction and start betting and winning right away with Placard.co.mz!

Should you prefer to deposit later, you can always log in at your convenience and go to ‘Deposit’.

 

– Is there a minimum deposit amount?

At this moment the minimum deposit amount is 1 Mt.

 

– What deposit methods does Placard.co.mz offer?

Placard.co.mz offers the following deposit methods: M-Pesa and e-Mola

 

– My deposit amount is not appearing on my account, what do I do?

Make sure that you fill in all the details correctly during the deposit process. Also remember that sometimes, due to problems in the transaction processes, some deposits may take up to 24 hours to be available in your account.

If after this period the amount is still not in your account, please contact our Customer Support team at apoio@placard.co.mz.

 

– My deposit has been refused. Why is this?

Please check the balance of your M-Pesa or e-Mola wallet, to confirm if you have the amount required for your deposit.

– How can I see the history of my deposits on my account?

You can quickly access all your latest transactions (deposits and withdrawals).

To do this, log in and go to “My Account” > “Financial”. In this section you will find all your history regarding deposits and withdrawals and you can select the dates and amount you wish to consult.

How to Bet?

– Pre-Match Sports Betting, Live and Featured Events

  1. To place a bet, you must login and go to the main page.
  2. Select the sport you wish to bet on
  3. Choose the Event you would like to bet on
  4. Select the betting markets you like to bet on
  5. Select your preferred outcome and your corresponding stake.
  6. Go to your bet slip on the right hand side of the screen
  7. Enter the amount you wish to bet
  8. Check your possible winnings
  9. Place your bets using the “Place Bet” button
 

What are the minimum amounts I can bet?

The minimum amount you can bet is 1 MT.

If you exceed the limits, the Gaming System will not allow you to place the bet, warning you. Readjust and continue your bet.

You can set your own limits in your Player Account, under Responsible Gaming settings. Placard.co.mz is a company committed to responsible gambling and as such provides you with the necessary tools to make the best decisions and adapt your account to the way you want to play. You can create bet and deposit limits, or trigger a short or long time-out option whenever you feel the need.

 

What are “odds”? Why do they change?

A quota is the value by which the bet amount is multiplied to determine the player’s possible winnings, should their bet be deemed a winner.

It is important to note, however, that odds are not fixed. Their values change depending on the volume of bets entering the system, player injuries, last minute casualties, weather conditions, etc…

At Placard.co.mz you must ensure that you choose a minimum stake of 1.20 for your bet.

 

What is a 1X2 bet?

This is the most common type of bet in the various sports available to you. It consists of betting on the final result of a given match, with 3 possible outcomes.

That the home team will win the match (1), that the match will end in a draw (X), or that the away team will win (2).

 

What is a multi-bet?

The multi bet option allows you to combine several selections on one coupon. The advantage of this type of bet is that you can earn more returns than with a single bet, as this is the result of multiplying the odds of all your bets.

You can combine different sports and bets into one.

Remember that you have to get all your selections right for your bet to be deemed a winner.

   

What is a system bet?

Combined bets are similar to multi bets, in that you can choose several selections in one bet. However, in the case of combination bets, you can miss selections and still get some return on your bet.

For example, in a double combination bet with 4 selections, you would choose 4 selections and click on the Combined option at the top of the bet slip, where you can then view the available options.

What are Live bets?

These are bets that are placed at the same time as a sporting event takes place.

The odds may change during the course of the event, depending on the events and outcome.

For a truly interactive experience, our dynamic odds give you the opportunity to react immediately to what is happening on the pitch.

 

What are Handicap bets?

In European handicapping, your bet is either won or lost and there are no returns. In a 3-way Single Bet situation, for example, the European -1 handicap requires the team to win by 2 or more goals difference. If it wins by only 1 goal, the bet will be lost.

Can I cancel a bet?

Once a bet has been entered into the system, it cannot be cancelled.

Therefore, make sure to always consider and confirm your bet before clicking on “Bet”.

 

How can I see whether my bet was declared a win or a loss?

In the “My account” section, you can see the “History” page.

Here you can see all your bets, your won, lost, opened or cancelled bets.

 

The game I placed a bet on is over, but my bet is still open. Why is this?

Although it is not common, in some cases, your bet may not yet be resolved by our system.

If this happens, please contact our Customer Support team at apoio@placard.co.mz.

We will help you resolve this situation as quickly as possible.
