How to make a withdrawal?
- Log in and go to “My Account“.
- Click on “Withdrawal“.
- Enter the “Amount” you want to withdraw
- Select the “Payment Account” you want for the withdrawal: MPesa and e-Mola.
- Click on “Withdrawal” button
- After confirming, click on “Proceed to Payment“.
Your withdrawal is then automatically processed and can be found under “My Account” and the “Financial” menu.
Your funds will be deducted from your balance and credited to your MPesa or e-Mola account.
Minimum Withdrawal = 20 MT
Maximum Withdrawal = 10,000 MT.
